Ian Michael Barr
After just about 24 hours of labor, he finally decided he wanted to meet his parents face to face! Ian was born on May 19 at 3:50pm. Weighing in at 6 lbs. 8 oz. and 19 inches long. Mom and baby are both happy, healthy, and thrilled to be spending so much time together. Clara met her little baby brother a few hours later where he gave her a present to thank her because he knows how great of a big sister she will be to him. She thinks he is really great and was very happy that he came out! Of courses Daddy couldn't be more happy with his son.

Nevermind, just reread. Induced on the 18th, no C-section. 24 hours sounds unreal...you are amazing!!! Hope things are going well the first week and that you have a ton of help!

congratulations!!! i feel so out of it -- i hardly kept track that you were due around that time. things have been so chaotic around here with our graduation and move! i hardly feel like i can keep track of anything anymore. we're so happy for your now bigger family!
